⚖️ Consumer complaints
The Trust Portal includes a consumer complaints section where your customers find the official channel to file a complaint based on their country or Spanish autonomous community.
Available from the Growth plan. There is nothing to configure: the section appears automatically in your trust portal.
How does it work?
- The customer selects their location: their country and, in Spain, their autonomous community.
- We show the official channel: the consumer authority that applies to them, with a link to its complaint procedure.
- They file the complaint in the official system: complaints are filed and processed by the public administration, not by Lawwwing.
Andalusia: Hoj@ integration
Hoj@ is the official complaints system of the Junta de AndalucĂa. Lawwwing looks up your company in its registry using the tax details you have in Lawwwing:
- If we find it, the portal shows your company's official Hoj@ link and QR code.
- If we don't find it, the portal shows the general complaints information of the Junta de AndalucĂa. We never show a QR code we haven't been able to verify.
Lawwwing does not register your company in Hoj@. If you sell or provide services in Andalusia, including online, you may be required to register with the Junta de AndalucĂa.
What remains your company's responsibility?
The section helps your customers find where to complain, but it doesn't replace other consumer obligations, such as:
- Registering in the official systems that apply to you (e.g. Hoj@) and keeping your details up to date.
- Having complaint forms available to your customers and displaying the official notices required by your region.
You can preview the section in Control panel → Trust Portal → Consumer complaints.
